Eligible applicants are IRS-qualified 501(c)3 non-profit organizations located within the United States. For publicly supported organizations, such as schools or universities for which a 501(c)3 determination is not appropriate, the application should include a signed statement from a senior administrator as to the organization's means of support.
Deadline Details

The Foundation makes awards twice a year, once during our Spring Award Round and once during our Fall Award Round:
- Applications received between May 11th (12:00AM EST) and November 10th (11:59PM EST) are considered for Spring round of grants.
- Applications received between November 11th (12:00AM EST) and May 10th (11:59PM EST) and are considered for Fall round of grants.
Award Details

Awards typically range between $1,000 and $20,000.
